A traditional Italian pasta dish that really is beyond simple to make. This was also our #MeatFreeMonday meal last week – it totally ticks all the boxes!
Jump to RecipeMonday is our most hectic day of the week. The faster I can whip up a dish for dinner, the better! This one in particular has the added benefit that it’s completely customisable for each little dinner guest, therefore no complaints!
In the time it takes to cook the pasta, you throw a fresh salad together, slice up a delicious crispy sourdough bread and hey presto – it’s done! Place on the table a collection of condiments to every heart’s content and you’ll be guaranteed happy faces all around.
Aglio (garlic) and olio (oil) is the most basic of pasta dishes, yet larger than life on a meal plan, satisfying and just delicious. It’s perfect as is, but you can add chili, your favourite cheese, sundried tomato, basil, etc. etc. to your heart’s content.
