The less cookware, the less dishes

Of course this is true when you’re cooking, however, one can never have enough pretty cookware in the cupboard! When we’re talking recipes though, less (effort) is more, especially when you’re pressed for time on a busy week day and therefore one pan recipes are always a winner with me.
This super easy chicken and potato one pan dish came about on one of those days when I didn’t have time to plan or shop and I literally had some chicken and some potatoes. What I usually do then is pop on to my favourite recipe sites or Pinterest and find something to cook with those ingredients that I have on hand. This recipe is simple, delicious and quick – in one pan!
Serve with a side salad or steamed vegetables and enjoy!
